The Darent Federation of Schools, which came into effect on the 1st September 2022, is made up of Sundridge & Brasted Church of England Primary School and Kemsing Primary School. The schools work closely together under the leadership of Tom Hardwick, Executive Headteacher.

A Federation itself is a formal agreement between the schools to work together under a single governing body to raise standards, share resources, promote inclusion, find new ways of approaching teaching and learning and build capacity between the schools in a coherent manner.

The team of governors work with both schools to support Tom and the staff. Beca Hamburger and Kirsty Oliver work together as co-chairs.
